​Since its conception, One20 Productions has positioned itself as an essential resource for the skills and professional development of students at City College Plymouth. We are the creative hub for the College and complete a multitude of projects for the different departments, student evidence as well as governor and public exposure projects.

Our goal is simple. Offer students the opportunity to get involved, and work on a industry professional film set/ project where they can learn real world skills and add professional projects to their portfolios. As an addition to gaining experience, we also push confidence. Students like a industry job, they apply, interview and work alongside us, taking on job roles they are interested in, which in turn increases their confidence.
We want to be an integral pillar within the community of Plymouth and the South West, where local businesses have access to professional media content production and students can develop their key skills in a real-world environment. We believe the best way to learn is to do, that is why our student volunteers have the opportunity to work throughout any area of a project that they choose. They can manage a project from start to finish, organise a crew for location shooting, edit together promotional videos or create entire branding for a company - and more.
