The initial concept of One20 Digital was simple; a media company for the students, managed by the students, with the intention on giving them professional experience before they leave Higher Education. Building a stronger and more professional portfolio.

Since its conception, One20 Digital has positioned itself as an essential resource for the skills and professional development of students at City College Plymouth. We are the creative hub for the College and complete various projects for other departments as well as external clients.

Our goal is simple. We want to be an integral pillar within the community of Plymouth and the South West, where local businesses have access to professional media content production and students can develop their key skills in a real-world environment. We believe the best way to learn is to do, that is why our student volunteers have the opportunity to work throughout any area of a project that they choose. They can manage a project from start to finish, organise a crew for location shooting, edit together promotional videos or create entire branding for a company - and more.
